It is a great joy to be able to provide entertainment for the most important day in a bride and grooms to be life. Having a great reputation for reliability and excellence really helps and tailoring a day to your exact requirement is something I pride myself in. I have on 40% of dates available now in 2018-so book early.
Here are some tips when thinking about your own wedding entertainment.
1. Book Early-bands, acts and performer all become very busy during the peak times and its no surprise that with supply and demand prices will increase too.
2 Set Your Budget-set aside a part of your wedding budget and you’ll have a far better chance of getting the right person or band for you
3 Never, ever pay up front-Beware of those who ask for all the money up front, this should never be the case, and there are more and more examples of unscrupulous individuals who promise the earth but then fail to show up causing you a lot of stress and worry with little chance of reclaiming your money. Meet your act way before the wedding day to outline the plan, if they give excuses at this point as to why they cannot attend take this as a warning. Do your research and check peoples reviews thoroughly. If its too good to be true then it generally is.
4 Insurance-always ask to see the performers public liability insurance and PAT certificates for electrical equipment
5 Versatility-can the performer really give you what you are looking for-are they versatile and deliver what they claim to deliver-again, do your research.
