My Favorite Projects

I love working with charitable organisations. A particular highlight was working with Liverpool and England player, James Milner for his Charity Foundation in 2015.

This was at Events City with 1500 people attending and I supported The Kaiser Chiefs, who were so friendly and great to work with.

The Highest Accomplishment

Being asked to be the resident singer at Bertrams Restaurant at The Woodland Spa – a multi-million pound and award winning complex when it opened in 2013 was a proud moment.

I sing here every month and also provide the entertainment for all of their Festive party nights and charity functions which are growing in popularity each year and are sold out weeks in advance.

It is an amazing place to work with and I have been lucky enough to meet great people since being there. Left is myself with (then) Burnley Football Club’s Danny Ings who is now of course with Liverpool FC.

My Work Process

Weddings

Once booked, I work closely with the brides and grooms to be. We will meet weeks prior to the wedding day to discuss the first dance song choice-I pride myself in being able to sing ANY choice of song and choosing the right song which has special meaning is so important. We will then discuss the make up of the song choices for the evening everything from swing, pop, rock, soul, musical theatre etc. I will then learn any new songs.

I always arrive at the venue early so I am flexible for setting up the room, and then AWAY WE GO!!

Corporate/Charity Events

Exactly the same process (minus first dance choices!). Working closely with the event organisers is so important as I am representing their business so I work to exacting and highly professional standards in everything I do.

Off Topic Favorite Things to Do

I love musical theatre, watching live theatre is an amazing experience and I am also lucky enough to perform with some of the best amateur musical theatre companies across the North West. I’ve performed at The Palace, Manchester, The Opera House Manchester, Lowry Theatre, Salford, Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, Gracie Fileds Theatre, Rochdale and Burnley Mechanics on numerous occasions in a variety of different shows taking the lead in great shows such as Carousel, Boogie Nights, and pantomime.

Travel is another great passion and this is something I’m able to tie in with my passion for singing, having performed in Italy, France and Germany already this year alone.
